Migration Law

Migration law encompasses many areas, amongst which are asylum law, immigration detention and regular immigration law. Other areas are naturalization, the establishing of the Dutch nationality and the right to residence in a country on grounds of one of the EU guidelines. The migration area is quite complex and subject to many changes.

Moving from one country to another for economical or asylum reasons is a phenomenon of all times. In addition, the relocation to a different country for work or family is an increasingly frequent occurrence. Whether the case is about familiy-reunion, EU citizenship or the application for a residence permit: extensive regulations apply that change from day to day.

Consequently, in order to receive proper counsel and guidance in a law procedure, the assistance of a specialised lawyer is rather necessary.
