Monique Müller

Monique Muller is a very experienced lawyer with more than 25 years of experience and specializes in the areas of employment law and migration law. With her expertise in employment law, she handles a wide range of questions about dismissal, employment conditions, non-solicitation and non-competition clauses and other matters. In migration law she assists her clients with asylum and immigration law procedures, family reunification and withdrawal of residence permits due to public order aspects.

Monique completed her law studies at the University of Amsterdam in 1991 and was sworn in as a lawyer in 1993. In 2001 she founded her own law firm, Muller Advocaten. Monique is a member of the Specialist Association for Migration Lawyers (SVMA), a member of the Complaints Committee for Legal Aid Asylum and Immigration Detention (KRAV), contact person at the Schiphol application center (Acca), and co-owner of the Dismissal Café in Gouda. She also completed the employment law course at the AvdR.

Monique is registered as a lawyer with the Netherlands Bar in the areas of migration law and employment law. Her extensive knowledge and experience in these areas of law make her a reliable and expert partner for her clients.
