Francis Oudijk

Francis Oudijk works as a lawyer in employment law, migration law and law of persons and family law. She graduated with a specialization in International Public Law and with a specialization in Employment Law from Leiden University.

She is happy to assist you with employment law questions about dismissal, changes to employment conditions, settlement agreements, dysfunction, illness/reintegration, etc. In migration law, she specializes in applying for residence permits. Francis is also happy to assist you in your divorce and with questions about parentage issues, recognition, authority and access, custodial placement and supervision.

Before Francis started as a lawyer in 2022, she worked as a legal adviser in the public sector and as a lawyer for various legal expenses insurers. There she discovered that assisting litigants in court proceedings particularly appealed to her, after which she switched to the legal profession.
